  3. Meh I kinda disagree with this. The one thing I will fully agree with is that Opportunity needs a rework. Mac's idea for opportunity is a great one. The current Opportunity I don't pay attention to at all when I play a Sentinel. I find it pointless.

  5. Sooooo the bottom line is some one with authority already said this is likely to NOT happen on Homecoming. But folks are still arguing about it. Not convicting the ones in charge or anyone else. So a typcial Thursday. good to know.
  6. I'm just glad someone in charge already came in a said why this idea is nonstarter. glad to see. Anything else is just yelling into the wind at this point.
  7. Give it a few weeks and it will stabilize. Happens every time a new issue hits. Then prices go back down. The good news is the devs can re-seed the market at will. This isn't like the live game where the main motivating factor behind what Paragon did was profit . . . and keeping their jobs.
  8. Arguing for or against changes in an mmo is inherently combative. There is nothing wrong with that. It's the nature of the beast. Sometimes your suggestion is on the side of the minority and other times its the majority. Also lets keep in mind that what players find fun has changed over the years. Time wasters in MMOs has been something that folks have been less and less interested in. Especially if they aren't fun. And yes, there ARE unfun AND fun time wasters. Some of the stuff in FFXIV for instance is a time waster on purpose due to it being a subscription based MMO. But a lot of folks find them fun. (For example: Having to do some 4 man tf like content to progress in the overall story at certain points.)
  9. I'll do the same next time I'm in game. *does an extra farm run (or ten) just to annoy the curmudgeons* Imagine that . . . actually enjoying farming. Crazy right. It's like different players like different things. Who knew!!! (yes I know the sarcasm meter is turned up to 11 on that one. ha ha)
  10. Play the game how you like. The ASF release has options for increased difficulty and more content well get that. Set it to Relentless and have at it.
  11. I can make 100 mil inf in no time at all on the market. 20 mil is a joke. If they ever give a 1-50 token (which I don't agree that they ever should) I agree with everyone else 500 mil at a minimum with 1 billion making more sense.

  14. Interesting. I usually don't stick to just one uncommon recipe for the conversion game. I have like 6-10 that I put bids on every few days. I click Find and make sure their price makes sense still, if so place a bid for 10 more, if not look at one of my other regulars. With that said everyone has strategies that work. 🙂

  17. You should be relying on your team mates for buffs (and applying debuffs to various enemies). ASF really needs you think of your team make up and not just try to rely on your self if you believe that "all tf/sf should be run on relentless you get a much better sense of teamwork its starting to feel more like the good old days of CoH, people running ahead as normal get pounded"
  18. Btw there is also this from the patch notes. Very interesting that it was made 1:1. Architect Entertainment Added new conversion option for Incarnate Threads to Architect Tickets available at Ticket Vendors found in AE buildings. The conversion rate is 1:1 and can be done in batches of x10 or x100.
  19. Verdict is wait till the issues of the first version are past. Installing a version 1.0 of a windows OS is NEVER something I recommend. At least not until at least the first 3 months worth of patches.
  20. As someone mentioned earlier in the thread, I would make them like Willpower's. I don't think anyone would complain.
  21. As long as the command can't be run while in missions (and I'm pretty sure they can't) I see no issue here, with the caveats that Greycat mentioned.
  22. So they should be making it easier and more palatable to do the content in the 30s. Again, I would leave amps as is and just not make them pausable.
  23. Pretty much this. Just make a toggle and be done with it. Screw HULK. He's not even the first dude I think of when I think of super strength characters.
