Flying Merc are still weak sauce, but safer....for them...not the MM.

I choose my power and slots based on what I feel the character needs at the time. Because of that I rarely respec because it takes away from the experiences the character faced as he/she leveled. I do sometimes error in power choices and slotting, I admit that. However, thats is what makes my alts unique to me. I still strive to make them successful, and find that unlocking Alpha, in most cases fixes all that was weak about the character. EDIT: I should add that I do not use mids.

Leveling up a Merc/Poison MM, struggling and tired of recalling dead soldiers, then go to my 50 Beast/Nature MM and never have to resummon anything.

It really was a Godsend to have this game playable at this time in my life with Covid lockdown restrictions, whatever you want to call it. This was a great distraction, although I have put on some unnecessary girth, I am healthy and happy at home. As I am awaiting my 2nd dose, I will soon be out bike riding again trying to lose this gut that I earned fighting Freaks!

I took 15 minutes to cipher my characters. 25 character slots 2 only created as name savers, so 23 that earn influence. 171 million total liquid influence, none in email at the moment. Of the 23 alts, the "richest" has 33mm, and the "poorest" has 7K So I was correct on my ballot guesstimate, between 100mm and 1 bn.

Since I run 95% of the time with 2XP enabled, I have 1 influence farmer on 3 servers. They feed all the other alts. I have never actually calculated my total influence, but I know I have enough that I only farm when the farmer has built up enough patrol XP to get the bonus. Then I park it until it builds up again. With 3 farmers, I always have one to go to. I am proud that they are all different to keep it from being too monotonous. 3 farming tanks: One Fire/Savage; one Ice/Stone; and one Rad/WM.

On live, I played my stalker like a blaster. Dark/dark/Soul with a Moonbeam Assassin Strike

Ive never +5 level boosted an SO when you can use an IO instead. For instance, a level 50+5 EndMod IO in Stamina that with a level 50 Performance Shifter Chance for +Endurance is pretty darn sweet for 2 slots. And the Hami O change makes it so that when you combine 2 like Hami O's you dont get a 50+ Hami O, you get a level 51. you can do that two more times up to lvl 53.

I cant say any zone is my favorite. There are certain sections of zones that mesh well with certain characters at certain levels. My first experience of this was on live. I loved the southern wall of Indy Port with my Rad/rad Defender when he hit level 27. My AR/Dev blaster loved sniping Trolls around the hospital in Skyway lvl 16-19 ish. On Homecoming, Ice tanker in Boomtown hunting down Lost. Then Terra Volta Trench for Lost Bosses. Fire/Savage tank at lvl 29 in Echo:DA melting the BP in the trench around where the GM spawns. Elec/Elec tank arresting Freaks in Crey's Folly. I wish there was a Badge for Super Stunners.

Beast/Nature is/was a popular combo. It was my first MM on HC. Saw a lot of them on Indom. Definitely an easy mode combination, especially now that he's all incarnated out. Pretty much retired, though. Playing Bots/EA more, and Merc/Poison for a challenge.

I think it fails if your are in the middle of a respec and the server goes down for maintenance. This happened to me once on live.

How much better (to the original question posed)? ...Not much. Getting Hide as inherent? A bit better, but it would be like getting two level 1 secondary picks when all the other ATs get one. Then blasters cry about why they have to take that immob they never use.... Huge can of worms.

Much like you did with the Vahzilok, make a new mission arc with a badge that tells the story of the newly revamped "Ultra Warriors".

I have a Merc/Poison with Achilles proc slotted in soldiers as well. I apply Noxious Gas to the Commando and send him in first for a double whammy.
