Set bonuses. 6 slot your attacks. Use sets that add type resists that you are lacking. 4 slot most primary(defensive or resistance) powers, unless its a heal or a damage aura, or like invinc adds defense. Some also use Tough from the fighting pool. You don't need to max out 90% S/L to survive. Eating an orange inspiration gives you temporary boost to all resists.

same here, my MM is the only one that unlocked team inspiration drops at P2W. My others combine to cover a weakness with insp, and cant afford to clog the tray with team imbuements.

I had no problem remaking my old main from live, for in my mind, his last act of Heroism before the shut down was stopping at Penny Preston's location in Founders Falls, and logging off there. Where he was still protecting her from a stray Rikti Headman, or some Nemesis sniper who was taking pot shots at her. That was the extent of my roleplaying, and it was just enough to survive the void until Homecoming.

I run at +3/8 but I kill the bosses. So my completion time is slower, but that doesn't matter to me, really. Im not Fire Armor though. Rad Armor/WM and I fight Energy Farms (14308 is my goto)

I use the PerfZing +PsiDam proc in Radiation Therapy, along with 3 Touch of the Nictus, and 2 Oblits. I just use the base slot in taunt the power. Anything you like. But I use Mocking Beratement Taunt, Recharge, Range, that I bumped up to max +5 levels. I use no other Taunt sets. I slotted Ground Zero for DefDebuff, Recharge, and Damage. I also put an Achilles Heel proc in there.

Some really long mission arcs get out-leveled before completion. I had a lvl 29 arc I was completing at +4 on my lvl 33 tank. (I like to street sweep sometimes) It would have been nice to +5 it. I know that's not what this thread is about, but having this option would be useful - - sometimes at lower levels. Just sayin'.

Rogue Vanguard for resistance based toons. Devouring Earth for Defense based toons, mainly because of the crystals. Also, if a Malta Sapper gets a lucky shot in. For awhile my rad armor tank has trouble with Cimerorans, but I figured that out.

My Main is still my first character I played on live. Then he was an Invul/WarMace tanker. Now he is fully incarnated RadArmor/WM tanker on Indom. I made another Main as an Ice Armor/Stone Melee tank on Everlasting. All have/had the same look. Costume. Phrendon Largo is always going to be a tanker. He just has different flavors on each server.

Level 50 Praetorian Family(the ones with the beam rifles) have to be some part of the zone, trying to control the goings on over near the sports stadium that's being built, perhaps in a battle with the Syndicate for control. Rogue Vanguard popping up instead of Malta. Hiding in back alleys and dark doorways.

I still have my nerf bat. It'll be a set.

My complaint about Darkness Control pets is that they block you. They cannot be moved or walked through to get through a doorway, for example.

I dont fire farm, I energy farm. Same tired moon map. I do it because I don't have to seek it out. Its the easiest way to get inf to email my alts so I can play them the way I want to. I don't even care if I am the least efficient farmer, using the wrong map...etc. I found something that works and Im sticking with it. I definitely don't AFK farm.

I am having a lot of fun with an Ice Armor/Stone melee tank. No sets so far (lvl 30) although I have added procs slow-smashing damage, End Mod + End. the typical stuff. I don't really worry about soft capped defense, I just eat a purple and use a blue drone if its not attacked prematurely. Cleaned out Boomtown in my mid to late teens, Warriors, Tsoo Freaks. Terra Volta Trench in mid to late 20s. Now 30 and in Crey's Folly. Just street sweeping and owning.

I am working on Ice/Stone on Everlasting. Soloed him to 24 in about 3 days. Icicles baby. Slot that puppy up!

No Ground Zero or Meltdown? hmm I start every fight with Particle Shielding and Ground Zero.

If I buy it before lvl 50 I attune it. Some of the lvl 50's I plus 5 them if I think it will make a big difference. For instance, if I use a Dam/EndRdx, and thats the only end reduction in the power, I will +5 it to get the maximum End Rdx out of those slots.

I have Kick, Tough, Weave, and Cross Punch from the Fighting Pool on my Energy Melee/ Inv Brute. CP is quite a good attack. Kick is the rarely used, filler attack, the Fatigue it causes is negligible. I use CP right in my main attack chain. If you recall EM's last couple of powers are long recharge attacks. I didn't take Haste on this character so I needed some filler, and CP fits the bill for me. Is it Optimal? I doubt it, but thats boring.

Welcome back. I play on Indomitable and Everlasting.

I organize my tray when I can, but in mid mission, it gets impossible. Depending on if the character is resistance based or defense based, I keep oranges or purples stocked mostly. Anything else will get combined into oranges or purples eventually.

It doesn't matter what character I am on, if I am passing through Talos, and I see a Yellow Ink Man, I punch it in the head. This goes all the way back to my first character I ever played on live. He was an invul tank, and I didn't understand that I needed my status resist yet, and I had to fight Tsoo missions and kept getting slept.. So yeah....I still hate Yellow Ink Men.
