  1. Just a guess here, but I would think (since you can only have one thumbtack) that double clicking your right mouse button will remove it. The first click sets a tack and the second click at the same spot removes it. I have not seen any way to remove it from the chat line.
  2. Also generally, you have to actually register and create an account so there's no 'drive-by vandalism' of the wiki.
  3. Or maybe she's a baby sandworm.
  4. Meh. The wiki says the max for global ignore is 100 but says nothing about the max for global friends. I know I hit the limit back on live, but I don't remember if it was 150 or not.
  5. Cool. Everlasting does a lot of iTrials. The schedule for today on Everlasting TFs (excluding the Hami raids) is: Master of Barracuda Minds of Mayhem (normal run) Behavior Adjustment Facility (all badges) I would suggested joining the channel Everlasting TFs (Don't leave off the 's' at the end.) In addition to the scheduled runs, there's generally a couple of casual runs of the BAF and/or Lambda. And don't worry about joining the BAF badge run as a new player. You just need to follow instructions like "Team 1 go to the admin building." Even if you don't know where that is, just open your map and your teammates are a brighter green than the rest of the league. Tin Mage and Apex are not incarnate trials. They give reward merits at the end, and not incarnate salvage.
  6. I'll offer some additional guidance. Several people have linked to the old wiki, which is no longer updated. Homecoming has its own wiki and the page for this badge gives the exact coordinates of each person you need to speak to. https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Chatterbox_Badge
  7. I feel like there is a character name in there..... I wonder if 'Been Under A Rock' is short enough to use. We have five free transfers and they are replenished, back up to five, every 3 days.
  8. Because the place we all play has rules. I choose to help enforce them. You do as you see fit and I won't judge you about it.
  9. Fixed that for ya. 🙂
  10. It shouldn't be too hard to find. It was super easy back when it first dropped. I grabbed a copy back in April 2019 in case I ever had a use for it. Haven't even decompressed it yet.
  11. It happens. Back on live, I happened to glance at my global friend list and someone in my SG exited the character creator and appeared on the list as 'Diety of Chaos'. I sent them a tell, "Diety?" They replied, "F**K!!!" And the character disappeared. 🙂
  12. I can't agree on this for one simple reason. I have a character with just 225 badges that I created, built, leveled and incarnated (is that a verb?) SPECIFICALLY for the Magisterium iTrial. He's done the Really Hard Way successfully at least a dozen times. He's also got Master badges for several other iTrials. I was focused on getting this character to Tier 4 Incarnate across the board and didn't think about badges along the way. You would be hard-pressed to find a better character to bring along on a Master run, but he doesn't meet your one metric.
  13. Switching servers is just about as easy. There are 3 buttons at the top right of the character screen. They are (from left to right): transfer, rename and delete. When you select transfer, it will detail what gets carried over (like stuff in the auction house) and what does not (like supergroup membership). It warns you that your name might not be available on the destination server. It also says it might take some time for the transfer to take place, but I've never seen it take longer than 1-2 seconds. You have 5 transfer tokens and they are replenished (back up to 5) every 3 days.
  14. I currently have a Logitech mouse, keyboard, webcam and headset. While my girlfriend has a top-of-the-line Corsair keyboard (and loves it), I'm using one of Logitech's cheapest. It cost me $14 (with a mouse) and I love it. I liked it so much, I bought a spare one in case they discontinued the model by the time this one wears out. I build a new system every 3-4 years and this is my third computer using this same keyboard. I'm not using the cheap corded mouse that was packaged with the keyboard. I'm using a cordless laser mouse (M705). I can say one good thing about Razer. I have a corded Razer headset that worked great for many years (and still does) and it was fine when I lived in a studio apartment so small that the cord allowed me to walk from the computer to the kitchen. When I got a bigger place, I got a wireless headset (Logitech G930). I've had it just over 7 years and had to replace the ear pads, which are easy enough to find online and replace.
  15. For me, it's situational. Sometimes I'm doing a TF because it's the weekly and I want those merits or because I need the badge for TF Commander. In those cases, I want it done as fast as possible. Although I still set every TF after Synapse to at least +1 to keep it from being boring. Sometimes, I'm doing the TF just to do the TF. Last night, I did the Renault SF with my girlfriend and one of her friends. I didn't ask but, looking at the enemies, I think we were running at +1 or +2 and team size of about 6. We cleared every map except the outdoor one with Banished Pantheon where you're looking for Gharbu.
  16. Oh. Well, it was easy enough to log in and check the combat monitor. 36 hp/sec without Dull Pain and 55 hp/sec with Dull Pain.
  17. I feel for you. I just checked my characters and, out of 18, just ONE does not have Teleport Target (a brute). All but three of my characters (and tanks who don't need it) have stealth capability. Everyone has Assemble The Team, Mission Teleporter and Team Transporter.
  18. When I'm on an MSR with my dark defender, I am absolutely running Shadowfall. People can tell me all they want to turn it off. Not happening.
  19. I gave the regen as a percentage, so it's the same whether or not Dull Pain is running. The build only has 9% extra hit points since I was jumping through a lot of hoops to get that regen.
  20. Well, I have it on one tank and I have it 6-slotted because I needed it to mule 2 Numina pieces and 2 Miracle pieces. Since I already had all that heal enhancement, I put in two interrupt reduction so I can fire it off in combat. Overall, it's a weird build. It's an invuln tank with about +340% regen. Pretty effective.
  21. I like Earth. My Earth/Radiation controller has 4 holds and perma-Hasten.
  22. You're conflating quite a few things here. This part is simply not true. It may be YOUR IMPRESSION, but it is not an accurate one. Now this is a different issue. I NEVER do radio missions with a team and RARELY do them solo. I don't like them. They're simple filler content. I think a lot of people feel the same way, but I'm just guessing on that. And now it's an indictment of the entire world. At this point, you're just being silly.
  23. Well, you can't have it. The name field will only allow "Bland Basic Costume ". 😛
