In my experience, the exact spot isn't that important. As long as you are at the correct height (like in your picture) and somewhere between the back 2 poles then it works fine.

Force of thunder uses the same animation as hand clap. It's not nearly as long as thunder strike.

Does it matter how often they currently play? As long as they have a history of experience with the game then that's enough for me. I don't think the majority of GMs are involved with creating new content anyway. -

Very very few people skip it. I never come across a build without it. -
Savage leap is really close to or at the proc chance cap for 3.5 PPMs without any slotted recharge. I haven't done any detailed testing but in my experience it works really well, unlike lightning rod or shield charge.

Nature and pain are other good options for support sets with healing. Pain is basically an empathy rework anyway. Not to say that it's better but it's powers are very similar.

Build up doesn't boost judgement. Mid's is wrong. But is is affected by musculature or other alpha slots with +damage.

Spines is good with anything. It's easier to level up when paired with a secondary that helps with endurance management, since running quills is expensive. Bio, rad, willpower, elec, energy, regen, ninjitsu, and ice all have powers that will help with endurance management. Other secondaries can be great but need more investment (IOs, incarnates, etc) to solve endurance issues.

My nature/pistols build has soft capped s/l defense, tons of procs, and only 9 seconds of downtime on overgrowth. The force feedback proc in bullet rain minimizes that downtime and sometimes make it perma. A bit of downtime on overgrowth is fine with me since it takes a few seconds to position yourself to hit as many teammates as possible. If there's any other recharge buffs on the team it's easily perma. I had to make some odd choices in slotting because the main attacks I use are all filled with procs (other attacks are mules for sets). Maybe you can get some ideas from the build and improve it. I would drop entangling aura if I could find a better use for the slots, but I needed that last accuracy bonus to max out my chance to hit +4s. It doesn't seem to provide much mitigation without additional holds and procs don't seem to trigger in it very often. I love the idea of a PBAoE fear in a control set. I don't think there's anything like that outside of cloak of fear. -
Cardiac core is great with dark blast. The extra range is a nice boost to TT.

Yes. Dominator's version of Tremor had animation time reduced from 3.3 to 2.5 seconds in this patch.

I would like to see the target cap on some of their AoEs raised. The nukes are powerful enough as is(except full auto) but the other AoE attacks and cones feel really weak with lower target caps. If you have any experience with the same blast sets on other archetypes then it feels like a downgrade to play it with lower target caps. Even defenders and corruptors get higher target caps on the same powers. The nukes function differently with a faster recharge and lower damage, so I understand having them at 10 targets. But other AoEs/Cones have the same numbers as the Blaster/Corruptor/Defender versions except for the lower target caps. -
Good players generally don't pick energy blast. There's no reason to play energy blast outside of theme. It's playable, but it's simply worse than comparable sets. It could really use some love so that it has something unique outside of knockback.

The +absorb proc worked in all the other attacks I tried slotting it in (Empty clips, dual wield, executioner's, and bullet rain). It seems like the issue is hail of bullets. -

The defender chance for +absorb proc also won't work in hail of bullets. -
You could change the gift of the ancients in maneuvers for another 50+5 run speed in quickness and get slightly more run speed without losing anything.

I think that dominator assault sets would be perfect for this kind of AT. Assault/Support or Support/Assault. A lot of the blaster manipulations sets have too few attacks. Maybe some combination of manipulation sets and assault sets could work.

Why do you need to slot sudden acceleration in foot stomp? It's already knockdown.

It might be impossible, but I'd love to see some combination of base building an AE. Maybe someway to use custom bases as mission maps.

Don't nerf hasten. Nerf hover. Players shouldn't be able to fly 5 feet in the air and avoid 90% of damage. If you're in combat then you should be grounded. I'm sick of being forced to waste a power pick on hover because it's overpowered.
