  1. and sniper shot will be an extremely narrow cone that pierces through enemies and machine gun will continue to fire as long as the power button is held down or until you run out of end and you can walk while using flamethrower and the grenade now also does additional dot damage/stuns/Knockdown and if beanbag successfully hits nearby enemies are force into an impromptu game of hackysack and all shots have a chance of ricochet into a nearby foe and...........

  3. this is awesome more ios means more options since theres so many winter IO sets can the summer Blockbuster have a few more summer sets? Ops set would cover fear We could have 1 for heals another to cover disorients set number four for resists finally five covers defenses Since winter sets focus on fire and cold, winter sets could do energy negative?

Aim seems like a generic quick fix to beanbag tbh. how about a switch ammo power like dual pistols but instead of fire/ice/toxic AR would get elec/radioactive/Energy Electricity would give added dmg to machines Radioactive would lower targets defenses/Resistance (does not stack) Energy would do additional damage to ghosts/spirits/undead
  7. anyway....................................................... this i could totally get behind! the snipe animation from the fire set would be exactly what energy blast is missing imo.
  8. Dual Pistols / Assault Rifle / Devices / Martial Combat / Ninja Training do not have Aim/Buildup and they play perfectly fine. In the olden days people claimed the same thing about hasten to maximize DPS but hasten isn't necessary either (Even for dominators). This isn't about false equivalencies. At the end of the day we play what feels right. Even if that's a petless mastermind. This is the wrong forum to denounce someone's choice of powers, rotation, or AT. There is no bad choice only their choice.
  9. Hey um at the risk of being destroyed....but considering the deficiencies that the changes to flamethrower are attempting to address: Is it possible for breath of fire/cold/toxic to get the same fixes considering they suffer from the same issues?
  10. some sets dont even have aim or buildup as an option so it's definitely not necessary. In a blatant attempt to pull this thread back on course I feel like Energy blast should have like a laser beam power of some kind. Rad has one Fire has one. Not trying to make it zero sum just want some energy beam love XD

  13. just like some of the path auras don't animate while in flight but in reverse i guess?
  14. time for my monthly ridiculous request that nobody needs. #1 Can We get an option to either choose a different wing for each side? kinda like what they did for arms/shoulders #2 If #1 isn't viable can we get the option to recolor each wing separately? #3 Wing burst! can we get an option for wings to vanish/reappear when flying VS nonflying?
  15. I was gonna suggest this but now all i got is replacing the breath or fire/Breath of ice /Toxic breath long animations powers that aren't worth the DPS with cone whip abilities instead. Call it animation diversification LOL
  16. i tested it out and the cast time is crazy long not sure what power it could be used for unless they sped up the animation. The old flares animation is in there too but.....it doesn't sync up to the current power animation well.
  17. Can you give some examples? Ive decompiled the pigg files and there are some older things in there no longer in game like a rapid (chun-li like) kick but I'm curious to what else has been hidden from us
  18. switching animations client side isn't too tough, outright modifying them is beyond my paygrade
  19. no idea so far ive only been able to modify melee power animations not effects or ranged attacks. Id definitely love to know more about this
  20. There are a few IO's that allow you to build a character that plays in this manner. The "entropic chaos" set works great for single target ranged damage and there is "power transfer" for your endurance modification powers and of course there are a ton of regen IO's in the health set that will aid you in this endeavor. water powers have a drain life skill or elec ranged will allow you to also siphon endurance + health when set up in this manner. Check out the Storm secondary set for corrupters the psuedo pets help with the damage with very few buffs or heals. In essence this playstyle is already available with a little inf and a lot of imagination

This is great! but make Giant monsters attracted to the Warf because of an unfertilized Hamidon egg that will increase their power so it has constant (1 every hour or something) various giant monster attacks and if you hunt them all you get a badge or accolade or whatever also if the hunt for the GM fails it waits for the next spawn and then the 2 giant monsters fight kaiju style because there can be only one! But wait there's more! the player who gets the last hit on the GM absorbs the egg and becomes a GM (giant version of themself) and they fight all the remaining heroes/villians in the zone. I'm thinking i should not have had that 3rd expresso.
  22. mission objectives already appear on the map when there is 1 left so that part is already coded. no idea how to tie it to perception tho. could be easy, could be hard but what does it hurt to ask?
  23. In ye olden times when stealth stacked in pvp one needed to stack perception to counter said stacked stealths. Now, stealths no longer stack, at least not in the traditional way. This makes large amounts of perception fairly obsolete. I hereby propose an improvement to perception. Let perception mark glowies/hostages on the map when u are close enough to them. The more perception you have the further away you can be from said objective to make it appear on the map. This neatly plugs the "enhanced senses / radar / appare vestgium" ability that is missing from the game.
  24. ok Im gonna get destroyed for this suggestion for Croatoa but here goes nothing Lets move Croatoa to red side, wait wait wait, hear me out Its dark and creepy already so it fits in. Red side has less zones and needs some mclovin
