  1. First inclination: Electric armor (for the "power" side) Stalker (for hide to help... well, Creep.) Barry was already a bit of a peeping tom. And was getting known for it. People called him a creep as they passed him on the street. One night, he just happened to be peeping in the wrong place at the wrong time, having cut through an industrial area and slipped, spilling some mysterious chemicals on himself - and then leaning a foot against that outdoors outlet to get a better view in his target's window. The outlet broke and his target wasn't the only one that got shocked that night. After that, though, he had new abilities. He had become... the Power Creep.
  2. Because the oddest thoughts take up residence in my mind thanks to comments elsewhere... Create a character named Power Creep. What AT/powersets? If a powerset doesn't quite exist, what would you want them to have? Bonus points for a bio. (And for anyone who *has* a character named Power Creep - not picking on you, I didn't check to see if one existed. 🙂 All just in fun.)
  3. Which is a perfectly fine answer too. I just want to point out this isn't necessarily saying "it needs fixing," it's just something created for discussion thanks to a comment (and followon comments) during a raid last night that I thought people could have some fun with. (Otherwise I'd probably have put it in suggestions and fleshed out my own ideas more.)
  4. ... or, hey. Posi 1, with team leaders regularly saying "Take out the controller first!" Not the tank, blaster, or scrapper - that should be an indication, too.
  5. Well, they're meant to be an INF sink on top of everything else, so making them perma does kind of defeat the point. (Also I don't think i've ever used Resuscitator all that much - sheesh. 🙂 )
  6. I don't remember ever *not* getting them from part of the arc, and some of them are truly temporary, so I think they'd be legit for an 04 runthrough.
  7. While "in theory," sure, I'd actually say no, it wouldn't. MSRs - at least on Everlasting - have people of all level ranges coming through and still deals with large chunks of the league getting killed (usually between bomb and bowl, though if a pull gets a lot of mages, it can do Bad Things,) and while the ITF has... issues, which have been brought up previously with how it's gone from a bit of a fight (remember having to use *strategy* to fight Rommy?) to Incarnate Roflstomp, it's not *just* incarnate content. Plus there's no *lore* reason to do much to them. They may warrant a look at tweaks, but they're still just big mortal fights. Even Rommy is just newly-Nicticized mortal, at best on par with Arakhn and Requiem without the experience (though, arguably the Nictus now powering him has that, but it's driving a new body and nobody told it how floppy the shifter was) so... yeah, versus "they are gods" (even without Incarnates,) he's goin' down. Besides, ITF *also* has a much wider range, so a buff there would hurt the lower levels it's available to. Hami's solidly 45+ and you don't get all the reward options 'til 50 - just the merits (mind you, 120 for a few minutes of work to do it twice isn't shabby.) Also, @Veracor , I usually miss your raids - you do the early one I tend to be working still 🙂 but appreciate the leading. The point brought up there about spicing things up and paying attention is also part of why I decided the comment in the late raid should be brought up for discussion on the forums. Half the time, the only reason I know I've moved from whatever I'm fighting to greens is that I've moved past a green. Other than the raid leader, taunter and targeters, most people don't really have to pay much attention to what's going on. Follow, hit some keys, stop fighting Hami (unless it's hamikaze time,) get reward, refresh, do it again. For what used to be *the* capstone raid... it could use some shaking up. ... something else just popped into mind (as a general thought. Call it #5 on the list - and hey, folks, throw some ideas out there.) Create multiple versions of Hami that look the same but behave differently... and you get to find out which one you have when you hit the soup. No, I'm not sure exactly *what* variations there could be - vampire greens that latch onto a player and heal the rest while damaging the player? Affecting player damage/effects/travel speed so you *have* to knock down some to get back up to full strength, the first few are the hardest? I Don't know. Throw some ideas out!
  8. This is true - and I get your points in the bit of a side talk, here. Lore (and the rest) still came along fairly late in the game's life. Had we had another few years, maybe they'd have been subject to some rebalancing. Or maybe we'd have that second "tree" of powers and things would be thrown even more out of whack. 🙂 That said, I don't really want to focus on general nerfs or buffs to powers overall (though, again, your reasoning for bringing this up was perfectly clear and I see why you did.) I'd *like* to focus on how they interact with Hamidon, both on a mechanical and a lore level, to shake up this raid. (For instance, Hami can smack around otherwise untouchable pets, as I'm recalling, which both requires different tactics from - say - an Illusion controller, and lorewise points again at the power that Hami should represent.) .... side note, should EOEs be "pet-affecting AOE?" One class that falls at a bit of a disadvantage here is masterminds, who need to feed EOEs to their pets (and thus burn through their own supply fairly rapidly.) Given that *is* where the majority of their offense comes from, that's kind of an extreme disadvantage that's focused on one class. (It's less of an issue, to me, for controllers/dominators. Not everything's focused on their pets, if they have them - Illusion aside - and besides, they have green mitos to take care of, and that requires their controls, so their pets dying isn't as much of a handicap if they have them out.)
  9. *points down a bit* Suggestions forum, down that way. (I'd also suggest fleshing this out a bit - the "feel" can vary, set by set, and is also kind of a personal preference.)
  10. Since I asked the question, only fair I should throw some ideas out. 1. Bud Hami more often. Not just in zone, either. Once youv'e done a raid, there's a chance Hamidon might bud (in non-starter zones, no killing level 1-5s) a weaker version somewhere. Give it that "Becoming a threat to more than one zone" vibe. Perhaps starting with where there are currently DE - Eden, Crey's Folly, Croatoa (yes, there are, go check the corners,) PI. This wouldn't necessarily be a full strength Hami, as mentioned - but it'd be a threat that would have to be dealt with (and which Praetorian refugees would probably, IC, *not* be thrilled with hearing about.) This is more of a "lore" solution for giving the feeling Hami's getting more dangerous... it's heard of its Praetorian version and is either getting ready to break its seeming lethargy of staying in one or two zones, or even (giving PI is a target) taking on or *joining* Praetorian Hami. I could see this developing over a few issues, honestly, with the threat evolving. 2. Create a Prae Hami raid. Bigger, badder, and Incarnate content, sure. With some of its unique creatures (seeds and avatars, with an option to introduce more, or even an "infection" mechanic - though players hate losing control of their characters, perhaps it can copy a few to defend it alongside some signature NPCs.) 3. Disable/weaken Incarnates and/or IOs, but.... Yes, I know, boo, hiss, throw rotten tomatoes. It was mentioned Hami has a connection to the well. I don't *recall* that right offhand, not for Primal at least, but you have to admit "Drop Lore pets! Judgement! Drop hami!" does make mincemeat of the old blob. And there are arguments on the board and in game about just how much sets have "hurt" or "made the game too easy." The thing is, we already have a pattern for getting around this. We *know* Hami (primal) does untyped damage, it can get through defenses and really hurt - thus, we use EOEs. And, we have something *else* hami specific we can pick up in every raid... Hami-os. So why not have *those* regain some value and not be affected? They can be the key to helping keep powerful attacks powerful. Swap out an IO for a hami and the power effect of the IOs don't get diminished as much. Heck, this can tie in with the idea of the Prae Hami raid. Prae Hami is everywhere, there. It's *powerful.* Beating it down in one place just isn't that big a deal, right? It would potentially have the ability to *really* beat back some of our abilities... but how would it weaken what seems to be parts of itself - Primal Hami-os? They might even be more powerful. (Heck, we could give them a pass and give some sort of buff to having multiples in this situation. Fights off hami's damage, etc.) 4. Other effects A few things thrown out in discussion included making fly/teleport more difficult (jetpack? It's not designed to work in goo!) slowing down SJ and SS, just making movement more difficult, making the higher mitos more of a challenge. Making hami Move. (What if the safe rock ... wasn't safe?) Not taking credit for them, it's just a few things that were thrown around. Of course, the argument that "hami's fine as is, it doesn't need change" is perfectly legit, too. Some people like it as is. But it wouldn't hurt to discuss ways to shake things up, either.
  11. So, in the Hami raid I was just in, someone brought up... "Is it time to buff Hami?" It's kind of a legit question. Hami was "the" endgame raid, for quite a while. Only source of Hami-os, causer of mass death via golden dawns - heck, my first 50 (blaster, of course) went from 0 to 1.1 million debt in one raid, the cap at the time. Then again, blaster. 🙂 Now, we run them a few times a day, we can do two in - what, half an hour if things are slow? Hami's essentially one big farm. This is the Primal version of the creature that pretty well owns Praetoria now. By definition, a huge threat. It only didn't wipe out humanity because Cole talked it into letting him prove Humanity's worst excesses could be controlled. So, honestly... from both gameplay and lore, it's kind of a legit question. Does Hami need to be buffed? The raid changed? If so, how would you do it? Edit: No, I'm not mis-posting in the wrong forum. I'm not really making this a suggestion, I just thought it'd be an interesting discussion. Of course, if the devs like some of the ideas... *shrug* Edit #2: Some of this has turned into an "Incarnates are the problem/need nerfing." It's 100% true that this is in the range Incarnate abilities have an impact. But let's not just focus on that. Can you think of other things that might make the raid more fun / interesting / engaging again regardless of that? Or if you think the raid's perfectly fine on its own - why? (In isolation. No "I want other content" or "dev time" comments. Just look at the raid and what's related to it.) Edit #3: Came to mind and it might help get an idea here - whether you think something could be changed or not, how often do you join in (or run, for that matter) hami raids? Mostly because I'm curious if "hami fatigue" brings up a desire for change - or, conversely, familiarity makes you want to say "it's great as is." This does not make anyone's opinion more or less valid. It's 100% curiosity.
  12. Can I dance away loudly? I found a boom box in the local Goodwill. I'd like to put it to good use. Would that be good use?
  13. These days, a blast set's T9 nuke is pretty much just a big AOE attack. You can throw it out when it's up and not worry about it. It *used* to be that the nuke had a side effect - an endurance drain and -recovery debuff that would last for a bit. This meant you'd have to consider whether to use it or not - which meant, for me, I'd often skip it or hold back on using it on a Defender because I'd need that to help keep buffs or debuffs up, and the defender-level damage wasn't worth that in many cases. I *like* that playstyle and having to weigh that plus (big damaging attack) versus minus (no recovery for X amount of time, no END.) Others didn't, obviously, which is why we have crashless nukes (and T9 armors*.) However, for me that tradeoff has to be worth it - in this case, as you might be able to tell from the defender mention above, the damage has to be worth it. I'd like to see the option for that come back - with a twist. If you choose this option, you'll get more damage out of the nuke, but you'll be debuffed. You can also *choose* to slot in an Endmod for more of a debuff that lasts a bit longer, but gives even greater damage (and, yes, for elec, does more -recovery and drainon the enemy still.) Defenders and corrupters would be affected more (since they get more out of buffs/debuffs anyway,) but in return if they slotted that they'd also get more damage out of the nuke. As an option, I think this could give people more variety on how to play and make having that decision an interesting part of a play session. I'd *like* the option of "you can give it all for one big attack when it matters, but you will pay a price for a while." Not everyone would use it or like it, but they can stick with the current version in that case. Now, would this be trivialized by Judgement and/or IOs? Maybe, maybe not. Yes, there'd be some offset by IOs that just give a set amount of END back (Performance Shifter,) but if you're totally drained and have no recovery, it would still take a bit for those to fill you up and keep you in the fight (by which time the debuff would be done anyway.) And as far as Judgement, that's only a consideration from 45 up. Nukes, by contrast, are available (if exemping) down to 27. *T9 armors are harder in the current IO game to come up with a "worth it" side of things for a similar crash, and it wouldn't affect all sets - Fire, for instance, has Rise of the Phoenix as a T9, and you can just slot that for more damage when you rez.
  14. I'm not against it by any means. It would also help, say, French and German, for instance. Plus, I'll admit, silly usages like various metal bands who use them to look cool. (I had a character at one point called "Rock Dotz," who should have had an umlaut over those Os. No, it makes no sense pronunciation wise, but it did stylistically.) Potential issues: Running a team and someone says "Hey, invite *name with diacritic* to the team." It's one thing if they send you a tell or whatnot, it's another when you're not used to typing them and have to try to figure out how. ... and I had another one pop into mind and pop right out again. *chuckles.* Ah well. Probably "unintended side effects with the game having to understand these letters now."
  15. Should we give 2021 an issue name or number?
  16. All right, I can see it. "Mostly just standing there, with the occasional head nod as an enemy goes flying" is still pretty good and would give the "I used a power" feedback without hand-waving. Yes, I know, there are some weird things in the render, just did a quick one without worrying about adjusting everythign properly... just... ignore that... and that. While we're at it, putting the same sort of idea to some other sets would be interesting. How about a... what would the term be, psychopyretic? Pyrokinetic?... fire blaster, troller or dom. No major motion. Just setting things on fire *with your mind.*
  17. Simple enough request to describe - allow us to (a) create two different costumes for minions in AE and (b) set a condition for them to change. Example: You have an arc where you have to infiltrate a warehouse to stop an AI from producing more robots programmed to steal everyone's aspirin post-New Years parties. The robots are already programmed to be out in the world in a "safe" or "civilian" mode - but if they see a hostile threat, they go into a threat mode and armor up. You'd like to have patrols watching for the player team - when they activate, armor appears over an otherwise plain surface to show they're aware and hostile (on top of, well, attacking you.) Right now, I don't believe we can even give them combat auras - I'd have to double check but I think that's true (and if so, hey, side suggestion, could we?) Example 2: You are sent in to rescue a hostage. You lead them back to the door (could we have glowies for this?) when suddenly it's revealed... it's actually the evil mage Ecafsihs`tahw! (Name's probably free at time of posting, by the way. Don't everyone rush at once to claim it.) Right now, we get dialog we can say. How about having him actually drop his illusion so he can gloat *as himself* as he reveals his nefarious plans (and tells his minions to wait for him to finish monologuing before killing you.) There would probably have to be limits - this might *be* "only the boss can do this" or something, as well as something like a limit of a single change - since apparently really fast costume changes (not just color changes) can cause issues, thus our timers on our *own* changes. But it'd be another tool for some extra creativity and story telling. Also, happy new year!
  18. Absolutely not. Obviously game breaking. Way too overpowered. Next you'll want dogs and catgirls living together. Mass hysteria! 😉 (All for more options, here, though.)
  19. Rule 1, ignore any opinion that just says "X is trash." Sometimes it's just something that didn't click with the user, often it's something they haven't even tried (or tried for long, I've had several conversations that were "... and I quit playing that by level 8-12,") but have just passed on something heard elsewhere. Yes, there are some times something really *is,* but it's actually really rare - but can be backed up when it is (see Time Bomb.) Warshades, as mentioned above, are complex. Back on live, when someone was interested in a Kheld, I generally advised going with a Peacebringer first - not because they're "better," but because they're completely self contained - all heals, buffs, rezzes, etc. are clicks you can use alone or when surrounded by friends - or enemies. You don't have to worry about mobs, corpses, which powers work on living vs dead enemies, if a body's goign to disappear before your animation figures, etc. It lets you figure out "basic Kheldian mechanics" like shifting without that. Single, bi and triform, the works. Plus things like dealing with slot crunch, especially as a Triform. *Then* I'd have them try a Warshade. A Warshade's more of a roller coaster. It can get some seriously impressive highs, but it can also get into situations it's really in a disadvantage at (longer solo fight against a single tough enemy, for instance.) It took me longer to really get a *grasp* on Warshades and use them effectively - but now they're one of my absolute favourites. People are also going to really overblow (a) knockback and (b) quantums. The latter (along with voids and cysts) were more common and much tougher on live. To beat them now, just pay attention to your surroundings. For the former? Pay attention to your positioning, done. But people will use both to complain. *shrug* My advice... yes, try them for yourself. They may not be your thing, and that's fine. If they are, though, you're going to have a *lot* of fun.
  20. Look. Honestly. Pay attention to what's being said above and why. And understand this post is not meant to be any sort of an attack - I'm actually going to try to help you here. Wanting to help out and suggest improvements is great. Really. Even enthusiasm is great. But there are things that... push over the line into just being obnoxious. It's one thing to say "Oh, yeah, I'm going out to dinner," and another to say "Oh, sure, I'll be going to the governor's for dinner. Then breakfast with Gal Godot. I hope Tom Cruise doesn't join us, he always tries to stiff us with the check. Then we'll pick up the Ferrari from the shop." And doing that constantly. You're doing the latter. You're essentially name dropping your "private server" in what feels like every thread you start at some point - even if you don't, it feels that way. It's becoming something (alongside rather... pushy, demanding subjects like "HORRIBLE THING SHOULD BE FIXED NOW!" for something fairly minor, or "I can do it, I don't care about your 'standards' (the way that costume pieces thread sounded, as I recall,) or something like *this* thread's title of "ALL Scrappers MUST have taunt auras" (a case you still haven't made as anything other than a preference.) Hell, I expect your threads to get locked with a comment along the lines of "We're not looking for developers at this time" at this point. It's not even a "This thread suddenly sounded this way." It's ... something you're kind of getting known for. This thread would likely have a completely *different* tone and direction if, say, you'd just said "Give scrappers taunt auras, too," and laid out a case - even if it's just an "I'd like to see them get this. It's inconsistent across sets and would help a melee AT. Yes, you can get a power pool, but it's not the same thing." No need to even bring up a private server. Doesn't sound like you're demanding anyone do anything right now or they're all idiots. Trust me, coming from someone who could be... rather an ass on the live forums (and I'll own that here, too, when it's the case,) and is still rather *blunt,* wording and presentation *matter,* and it's looking like you should really consider *how* you're posting what you want to get across. It's something I've had to do, myself. Step one... really cut down the mentions of the private server. Honestly. It's turning you, and it, into a forum meme.
  21. I'm all for more costume parts. I doubt I'd *use* it, but I have no objection to it being there. To go with it, 2-3 "fin" back details, as well. (We have the feet and gloves. Something spiny like that, as well as a shark style fin, under backpacks/back detail.) And don't forget a better "sharklike" head across all body sorts.
  22. Bit of an illustration - helping explain why this probably isn't a "bug," per se: Now, this is from the side, so you're probably clicking on the big glowy ball of evil since it's more obvious, but this works from the front as well (since the mask "bobs" above and below the ball - you can see it sort of below in the picture.) Moving my mouse over this from the side, in the areas highlighted in yellow, it didn't trigger the targeting box at all, even though there were mask bits there. (Forehead and chin.) Managed to do the same from the front when it woudl bob high enough - I just didn't get the screenshot there. (Plus it's a little easier to illustrate from the side, since there's a distinct separation between "evil spirit ball" and "floaty mask part." I don't know *how* they'd make the whole thing targetable, and there are probably other examples (guns, probably) for other enemies that just aren't as noticable (since for a person you'd usually click on the person themselves, not some odd floaty bit to the side.)
  23. I'm going to have to go look at some masks, I don't remember this - but that doesn't mean it's not the case. (Or that I also just use tab to target them. *shrug*) Edit: Are these normal or Incarnate level masks? Because I just hopped into DA and the mask was pretty uniform. The totems have a "wide" and "narrow" aspect, but the wide seemed to match their wider front, too. Edit 2: Never mind, I see what you mean. The target box is wide enough when clicked, but it doesn't show up except for a narrow-ish strip down the center to click on.... though that seems to be hit ormiss, other times it shows up as clickable over the entire width of the mask. Odd. Edit 3: OK. I see what it is that's making that behaviour odd. If you're treating the *mask* as the object? Yeah. Go across the forehead looking straight (or up) at it, it won't click, but the middle will. If you treat the (usually) glowy bit at the *back* as what you're targeting, you can get the full "width." Glowy bit's the body, not the mask.
  24. Keeping this for future use (and editing) - Streaming copypasta

See if this helps for the future:

    The Streaming Copypasta

As the topic repeatedly comes up - and becomes locked - it appears a Streaming Copypasta is needed. I did these on live for common suggestion topics as a means to gather all the information we had in one place, with references whenever possible, to try to answer questions and stop arguments. So here we go:

    Homecoming's stance on streaming:

The Homecoming team is in negotiations with NC (formerly NCSoft) to become a "legitimate," licensed server for City of Heroes. These negotiations as of 12/30/2020 are not yet concluded, and have (as of that date) been slowed down farther because of Covid.

NOTE: I am not part of the homecoming team or a mod. I am not claiming to be, or to have any sort of authority here. I'm just gathering information and dumping it out in a nice, easy to use, fat free, low sodium format.

Homecoming's code of conduct as of time of writing (12/31/2020) includes this clause:

    Quote

    Video Policy

Whilst Homecoming is still undergoing efforts to become a legitimate operation, live broadcasts or uploads of gameplay footage are not permitted.

Fairly straightforward. No streaming, no uploads, no Twitch, Youtube, or wherever else the kids are showing game footage these days.

If this policy is changed, the Homecoming team will make an announcement (as they would with any policy change.)

Links to Homecoming team commentary on the streaming policy:

August 20, 2019, "A note on Streaming," by GM Tempest:

    Quote

We've had a lot of people asking us about streaming the game over the last few months. Given our current circumstances and desire to turn Homecoming into a legal, above-board operation, we cannot at this time endorse anyone streaming the game as it violates the ToS of various streaming platforms. Once our talks with NCSoft are complete there should be no issue with streaming the game again.

    March 7, 2020, "Homecoming code of conduct updates - March 7th, 2020"

    Quote

As we requested a few months back, we would prefer if streams and videos of gameplay on Homecoming were not broadcast or uploaded whilst we are still working on legitimizing the server.

We’re now going to be enforcing this as part of the Code of Conduct:

Any videos uploaded before tomorrow (March 8th) will be left alone, but any new videos or streams will be treated as a Code of Conduct violation.

While we understand this may be frustrating, it is unfortunately a necessary step we must take. This rule will only remain in place whilst these efforts are still ongoing - we will be lifting this restriction once this process has reached its conclusion.

Just as a side note, the topics tend to get locked because they tend to become ... unproductive quickly. So don't be surprised when that happens.

    Frequent questions:

    "But I found X video from Homecoming?" (Past content, pre-March 8, 2020.)

In the same note on streaming, GM Tahquitz noted:

    Quote

The most current info is here. Our current policy is that users refrain from streaming all video content of Homecoming game play.  Videos released before March are grandfathered, but no more new ones are to be published, past replays or otherwise.

That means if it was uploaded prior to that announcement, it can stay. If you're streaming now, or even if you have a video from March 8 or earlier but haven't uploaded it - don't upload it until the policy changes.

    "But server X allows streaming?"

The simple reply to this is that whatever other server that is is likely not in any sort of negotiation with NC to become licensed or otherwise "legit." Policy there is not policy here. Homecoming *is* in negotiations with NC, and so has to keep its nose clean, ducks in a row... heck, has to keep those ducks' noses (bills, whatever) clean, too. Greater scrutiny. So, no streaming, altering the Homecoming logo as requested, maintaining a policy of genericizing potentially copyright infringing names and/or costumes just like on live, the works.

The choice is "Stream now and make negotiations more difficult (and risk action against your HC account,)" or "Don't stream now, make things less difficult and get to stream from a legit server later." Please, don't make things more difficult for everyone else.

"I don't believe there are talks," "Negotiations are taking so long/why are they taking so long?" "Why doesn't the Homecoming team say something more?"

We've been told the talks are under an NDA. (Not unusual for talks like this.) There are also other things in play, like cultural differences, Covid during 2020, and we don't know what else. Honestly, almost anything anyone *not* a Homecoming team member says about it is speculation. And because of the NDA, the Homecoming team - no matter their desire for transparancy - *can't* say anything (unless cleared.)

We obviously don't have and can't guess at an ETA. When there's something to be said that can be said, the Homecoming team will announce it.

"How can it be against TOS if person from Server X can put their game on Twitch?"

That's up to Twitch and server X. Also, see prior answer - the other server is likely not in negotiations to become legitimate or meet any standard.

Links to Homecoming team commentary on the streaming policy: August 20, 2019, "A note on Streaming," by GM Tempest: March 7, 2020, "Homecoming code of conduct updates - March 7th, 2020" Just as a side note, the topics tend to get locked because they tend to become ... unproductive quickly. So don't be surprised when that happens. Frequent questions: "But I found X video from Homecoming?" (Past content, pre-March 8, 2020.) In the same note on streaming, GM Tahquitz noted: That means if it was uploaded prior to that announcement, it can stay. If you're streaming now, or even if you have a video from March 8 or earlier but haven't uploaded it - don't upload it until the policy changes. "But server X allows streaming?" The simple reply to this is that whatever other server that is is likely not in any sort of negotiation with NC to become licensed or otherwise "legit." Policy there is not policy here. "I don't believe there are talks," "Negotiations are taking so long/why are they taking so long?" "Why doesn't the Homecoming team say something more?" We've been told the talks are under an NDA. (Not unusual for talks like this.) There are also other things in play, like cultural differences, Covid during 2020, and we don't know what else. Honestly, almost anything anyone *not* a Homecoming team member says about it is speculation. And because of the NDA, the Homecoming team - no matter their desire for transparancy - *can't* say anything (unless cleared.) We obviously don't have and can't guess at an ETA. When there's something to be said that can be said, the Homecoming team will announce it. "How can it be against TOS if person from Server X can put their game on Twitch?" That's up to Twitch and server X. Also, see prior answer - the other server is likely not in negotiations to become legitimate or meet any standard.
