Okay, you've posted some decent numbers for Def/Res. But you've skimped on attacks. Lowering your kill speed. Making your survival numbers even more important. So, in the end, I'm not sure the numbers you're putting up are actually more effective. I'm also going to reiterate my basic opinion that tossing Maneuvers onto an Invuln Tank indicates you've failed to properly consider your build. CAN you do it? Sure. There's no One True Way. But, in my opinion (and I can be wrong, but it's MY opinion), it's a goof. Here's a somewhat indifferent stab at the same thing, which I did last year. Defense: 52/50/54 SL/EN/FC with zero enemies in range. Resists: 90/59/76/55/24 SL/EN/FC/Tox/Psi And yes, I have Hover/Fly in there. And yes, I'm mule-ing them. And they're essentially inactive on the build They're mainly in there because there wasn't really anything else terribly useful. Maybe go for Teleport instead, so I can Recall Friend?

Back on Live, after a rebuild of Hyperstrike, I kinda went hog wild during a TF. My teammates saw how much heat I'd pulled down and ran. We were mostly still newbs at the time. So we had a tendency to fall over at random intervals. I'd just completed my first "Call Me Awesome" inspired build. So I was orders of magnitude more effective. Anyhow, they come back to find me picking the enemy's teeth out of my boots. Teammate 1: Holy crap! You're alive? Teammate 2: How the hell did you survive that? Teammate 3: You're like 10x the Tank you were last month...

I'd be iffy to say it was "trodden" at all. More like someone activated Fly and welded the button in the on position, targeted a rocket bound for outer space, then did the same thing to the F key. We're....way out there...

To play Devil's Advocate. The game came back during a time when community servers were being shut down as fast as they popped up. Do you REALLY think NCSoft would have countenanced such a thing 6-12 weeks after they shut it down? Can you REALLY blame these people for being paranoid about protecting their efforts? My understanding of the system is that it was, technically, open to all. But you had to be invited by someone who trusted you. And you couldn't be advertising that you were playing. Heck, the only reason you're playing NOW is that someone decided to be a buddy-fucker. And, luckily for you, the environment for this type of thing is MUCH different than it was in 2012-13.

Oh yes. They were... They were also asking for a series of legally sketchy agreements in regards to assumption of liability. This, likely, has to do with the character DB that was jettisoned.

Kallisti was only partly done.

Kallisti is a semi-new zone. So we know how to build them. Creating Task Forces is generally like creating other new content. It's just about tying the appropriate reward tables in.

It isn't. As part of the contingent that was attempting to purchase it before closure, I don't think we can expect to see it EVER sold. Their asking price was outrageous, and even when attempts were made to get into that ballpark, they clammed up and stopped negotiating.

And just to show that I'm not practicing "Do as I say, not as I do." Here's one of my raid leaders.

Snag one of the Blast or Blast/Hold powers. If nothing else it'll give you another Ranged attack that's up frequently enough to possibly make it into your regular attack chain.

One thing I recommend. Placing the uniques (like the +3% Defenses and the Resist boosts) earlier in the build. Otherwise you're losing them when you're losing those later powers during Exemplar play. Also, becoming a non-fan of Spring Attack. Sure, it's a semi-decent TP-like AoE attack. And yeah, it looks SPECTACULAR. The major downside is, for what you have to invest to get it? The base Recharge is asinine and the enhanced Recharge is only moderately better than asinine. It's fully enhanced Recharge is still nearly 4x Foot Stomp's TOTALLY UNENHANCED Recharge.

Is the game still open while trying to edit the screenie? It's possible the process isn't releasing the file... Also, see if your user has rights to that folder. Right-click on the folder, select Properties, select Security tab. Make sure your user is SPECIFICALLY in there and give it "full control". Some people'll tell you "Read/Write is enough." NOT ALWAYS! See if that fixes the problem. If not, open up a command prompt (DOS) Window as Administrator. Follow these instructions.

I look on it as encouragement to play other characters. If you're playing because you love the character, Vet levels don't mean anything. If you're playing for rewards, there should be no problem farming on another character.

Noticed this too. Then I built a heal/regen tank. Jovian was absolutely insane. Even stuff that's supposed to one-shot pretty much ANYTHING, I'd already regenerated/healed a survival buffer of HP by the time the attack finished scrubbing me with damage... And then, one of the supporting powers was summarily nerfed (majorly altered in how it functioned). Really, it doesn't affect the survivability. It's just annoying that it happened.

Buy a lifetime? I traded product for a lifetime at GC...

Generally, I find anything beyond 4 slots of either set to be a waste of slots. I also have a tendency to mix them together. I use RAs for Auto Resists and UGs for toggles.
