Since the costume file itself contains data about what body type and pieces it's using, I wonder if that data could be accessed via an in-game menu, for sorting purposes...

Kind of a weird observation - At the end of Falcon & The Winter Soldier, Sam got a Wakandan Vibranium suit & flight pack - why would he give that up? Also, (and unless I'm misremembering), in Civil War, didn't he say he was part of a special paratrooper rescue unit? If so, are there other soldiers out there trained and equipped with versions of his original suit? -
The issue I think you'll run up against is that there isn't any one-size-fits-all solution for every AT and powerset combination. I can speak to generalities, but besides that, a lot will depend upon the AT, primary, secondary, pool/APP/PPP and Incarnates you pick, not to mention how many or which IOs you'll slot.

If you're playing any sort of build that can quickly empty your end, I recommend slotting Toroidal Bubble with 3 end mods and 1-3 recharge reduction, (it's already kind of perma out of the box, so these recharges can probably be replaced with dmg res IOs or procs/uniques as desired).

Kind of a weird idea - but I wonder if they could allow us, on levels where we get slots, to sort of leave them "unplaced", but still progress in level, so we could then place them later, at our discretion... -
I'll usually try to stack defense/resistances, but barring that, generally just resummon. I've never bothered taking it. I'll just resummon & re-upgrade them if I need them at a very specific location "now"... So the issue with the leadership powers are they they simultaneously provide a good and kind of multiplicative buff to your henchmen, but at the same time, they are rather costly to run and MMs get a lesser bonus from them. I kind of look at MMs as having a "free" primary, in that you can direct your pets to attack, without costing you end besides the initial summoning & upgrading of them, so you can focus on your secondary/support whilst throwing in a few of your own attacks as needed or desired...

I have no argument about populating Kallisti's Warf. I just think your proposed new villain group is a bit to specific in their backstory, for such a purpose...

Just stick to generic "Spider-Themed" characters, and you should be fine. After all... that's basically Arachnos' entire schtick!

Seems a bit too specific, or maybe better as your own SG. That being said, bringing in an offshoot of, say, the Knives of Artemis, who gain non-magical powers, (so not the Knives of Vengeance), and/or maybe exists as an offshoot of the Outcasts, with their mutant powers, (since, IMHO, we need more mutant villain groups)...

I'm pretty sure group fly existed before MMs did, therefore it is not/was not the only use for that power.

No disrespect, but this is the problem - No, it couldn't "certainly be some other NPC with limited options on it" - at least, not with the limited volunteer dev team we have currently, and not with a full paid dev team back on live. Obviously, it's not impossible to implement what you're asking for, but it just isn't feasible with how things stand, ATM...

I, as of late, have really fallen in love with the Scrapper and Sentinel versions of Ninjitsu. For a classic and effective combo, pair it with katana. If you want something with a different feel, (albeit still very effective), pair it with battle axe, war mace, or titan weapons!

So I was doing a little thinking, and thought the following power set would be cool. Basically, it'd be a combination or hybrid of super reflexes and regeneration. The idea is that, instead of possessing superior reflexes or outright superior regenerative abilities, your character's physiology/metabolism/what have you, is pushed to such a level that you are both hyper-aware of your surroundings, while also healing/recovering at an accelerated rate. This could be the result of a naturally accelerated metabolism, some sort of chemically-induced state of being, some sort of adrenaline-inducing cybernetic, or maybe even a permanent enchantment of some kind. the powers would draw from a few sources, and the set would look like: 1. Focused Fighting (From SR) - DEF Melee 2. Danger Sense (From Ninjitsu) - DEF Ranged, AOE 3. Inexhaustible (From Bio Armor) - Auto: +Max HP, +Regen, +Rec, +Res(Slow, End Drain) *Note - Does not gain any special bonuses from adaptation or otherwise 4. Integration (From Regen) - Toggle: Self +Res(Knockback, Disorient, Hold, Sleep, Immob), +Regen 5. Dull Pain - Self +Max HP 6. Lightning Reflexes (From Elec Armor) 7. Burst of Speed (Martial Combat) - Location (AoE), Moderate DMG (Smash), Self Teleport 8. Reaction Time (From Martial Combat) - Toggle: PBAoE, Self Absorb over Time, +Recovery, Foe –Rech, -Move, Special 9. Reach for the Limit (From Martial Combat) - Self, Auto, chance for +dmg and +tohit on all attacks Please note that the actual power names would be changed for the final set.

I really like devices on blasters. Coupled with teleport target/fold space and rune of protection from sorcery as your "Oh shi+!" power, used in conjunction with caltrops, trip mine and remote detonator, not to mention gun drone's inherent taunt, can lead to some fun results! If you add into that a set with some strong controls, like ice blast, (not to mention its rain powers), and you should be very successful!
