You can have no more than 5 of any set bonus. Anything over that is ignored. You have six 10% recharge set bonuses in your build (2 superior ATO sets and 4 purple sets). If you open the set bonus window in Mid's, it notes this at the top of the right column. For example, you've got 5 pieces of Ragnorak slotted in Exploding Shuriken. Ran it on Relentless the other night with 2 controllers (Illusion/Time and Plant/Sonic or maybe reversed), 2 defenders (Dark/Dark and Cold/Beam), 1 dominator (Mind/Energy), 1 sentinel (don't remember), 1 tank (Rad/Ice) and 1 widow. Completed in 2h12m with 18 defeats (including the Vanguard AV battle). All experienced veterans with complete T3/4 incarnate builds.

I keep several types of damage resistance pinned to my screen on my SR tank. They definitely increase when my health decreases. I don't recall if they have a subline with a source on the full Combat Attributes display.

Storm Kick is the highest DPA attack in the set. Slot it. High Pain Tolerance isn't worth slotting for damage resistance. Park the two +def uniques here (I don't see Steadfast Protection in your build). Add two heal IOs for the +hp. Switch Titanium Coating for Unbreakable Guard in Mind Over Body. In Indomitable Will and Heightened Senses, swap the defense/recharge for the defense/global recharge. Slot the Shield Wall +res unique in Indomitable Will. Add slots to Tough for damage resistance. Drop 1 slot from Quick Recovery. You don't need more than 2 lvl 50 IOs. Switch Red Fortune for Reactive Defenses in Weave. Include the unique. Don't slot Combat Jumping for defense. With 4 slots you're only adding 1% defense. Slot the global recharge and call it a day. Slot Strength of Will with two resist damage IOs. Slotting for recharge and end reduction do nothing. Targeting Drone needs end reduction. You're over the 5-piece max for 10% recharge bonuses. You may want to replace a slot in one of the purple sets with something else.

Assault will work on Phantasm (as well as Spectral Terror and Dark Servant, but neither does much in the way of damage). I don't know if Radial will have a chance to proc on Phantom Army damage. Normally Phantom Army ignores external buffs. Control Core will proc damage on confused and terrorized foes (in addition to held, slept, immobilized and stunned), but the amount of damage is pretty small. I don't think Control Radial is particularly useful. My recommendation would be Support Radial. It's a league-wide buff to damage, defense, healing and accuracy, plus it gives you an auto endurance discount.

I tried the proc in Dark Regeneration on my Dark/Dark tank and found it really wasn't helping that much. I've currently got it in Siphon Life. Of course most of my endurance issues went away once I slotted Cardiac Alpha.

You want to cap your S/L resists and increase your hit points, Trade some defense for more resistance. Nothing you can do about the Mu except kill them first. WP has no resistance to end drain. Couple of thoughts: Rather than enhancing for damage resistance, enhance High Pain Tolerance for heal to increase the +hp. Two lvl 50 heal IOs will net you 125 hp. Slot the Reactive Defenses Scaling Resist Damage in Weave or Indomitable Will. In Rise to the Challenge, switch Panacea for Preventative Medicine. Take Strength of Will to shore up your resists. The endurance drop when it wears off is only 50%. Here's the build for my WM/WP if it gives you any ideas:

Apparently it's baked in and not the AT modifier. The corruptor/controller version is actually stronger. The Ranged_Res_Boolean modifier is actually higher for defenders, but it's multiplied by -20 instead of -30. I was just discussing this on another thread. While Degenerative may be the "best" debuff, it has become too popular. After 4 applications, any additional applications are wasted.

I took Barrier (I rely on Domination for mezz protection), but I do have Hybrid Support Radial. My issue with Degenerative and Reactive is that they've become very popular and easy to max out on a team against an AV, so I've been exploring alternatives. I have the T4 Diamagnetic, so that provides 50% chance of -regen in addition to the -tohit.

On my Dark/Dark I took Diamagnetic Core Interface, which adds a 100% chance of a -5% tohit debuff to all damaging attacks, and stacks up to 4x.

Currently, confuse and immobilize have the same duration for ST and AoE powers, while holds and sleeps have shorter durations for AoEs (although there's only one ST sleep I'm aware of). I wouldn't be opposed to reducing confuse duration for AoEs. The duration for Mass Confusion should be longer than for Seeds of Confusion given the longer recharge. I think ST confuses are OK as is. Agree that recharge of AoE holds should be decreased, maybe from 4 to 3 minutes. I think the recharge for Mass Confusion should also be decreased to match. Changes in the accuracy penalty would have to include AoE stuns as well, so not sure about that. I think the duration of AoE holds (excluding Shadow Field and Volcanic Gasses) should be increased modestly from 15 to 18 seconds. Agree with @arcane on his suggestions.

Rather than slotting Tenebrous Tentacles for damage, recommend slotting procs (it takes a lot). Touch of the Beyond is a debuff, mezz and sustain power. The +recovery and +regen have a 2 minute duration and don't stack. Slotting an endmod set with a lot of recharge isn't doing much for you, since the base recovery buff is plenty. I'd be inclined to slot an accurate tohit debuff set like Cloud Senses and add 1-2 endmod or heal IOs if needed. Tactics already provides +perception, so I think the Rectified Reticle proc is redundant. Plus you need endred in Tactics if you plan on running it (the proc needs the power to be running). I would enhance resist and endred in Dark Embrace so you can run it. It's a good armor. Tenebrous Tentacles and Soul Tentacles are the same power. Not sure why you have both.

I really like Dark/Dark and agree with everything @Voltak said, however, I don't find it to be a pairing that lives mostly in melee. There are only 4 melee powers (if you take them all) while there are 3 cones and lots of ranged attacks. I find that I jump into melee to fire Heart of Darkness and/or Engulfing Darkness, then jump back out and fight mostly at range.

Earth/Earth dom. Earth primary has great control and 6 of the powers in the secondary are melee (3 of which hit HARD).

I'm sure others like this combo, but I really disliked Dual Pistols/Ninja blaster. Back on live I had a Ninja/Poison mastermind that was painful and a Traps/Assault Rifle defender that was pretty anemic.

Not sure why the 7 ft range is there. Most PBAoEs have a range of 0 ft since you don't have to target an enemy to use it. I agree that the 10 ft radius is an outlier and it might not have been adjusted when it was ported from Radiation Melee. -

I've got a SR/Staff and it's go AFK tough in most situations. I don't remember off hand what the resists are at what health levels. You just need to be aware of mobs with over the top tohit buffs (DE Quartz eminators, Rularuu eyeballs, stacked Vengeance, Lord Recluse with the towers up) or autohit attacks. Staff actually has a higher defense buff than MA, but to fewer damage types (15% to melee/lethal vs. 10% to all but psi/toxic), not that you really need either with SR. Staff also has much better AoE damage than MA.
