The five finger shocker. It's an extreme damage targeted AoE nuke that causes the initial target to explode hitting everything around it. Causes team wipes to no end. Avoid the Proctologist it's worse than a Sapper. -
Ill/Dark is extremely fun, the one caveat that I can say I wish was changed about it is changing superior invis and shadow fall to be able to stack. Why do I have to punish myself if I want to help the team?

I like the idea of a Marking or Tracer Arrow to help damage on a primary target, when I read that I thought similar to Opportunity to a degree. Flash Arrow could use Night Widow like blind as well, which would actually I think would significantly increase the usefulness of the powerset. -
From my understanding several people mathematically proofed the formula for interface procs, that said they weren't working how they were apparently meant to before. This could be a victim of power creep and actually how it's supposed to work based on the math. That said, I've long thought that the Hamidon needs a serious buff as it was never designed around IO's let alone Incarnate Abilities. It used to be a challenge that it was a sign of accomplishment to have a bunch of Hammi-O's, now, the Hive is just another Safe Space where HO's or Merits are given out like participation ribbons.

The technique used to be to stun them before they became phased, there was a little window to do so and it would drop the toggle. Since toggles typically don't drop unless they are offensive powers now, I'm not sure how that would work if at all.

Ideas for Trick Arrow: 1. 20% buff to current debuff values? Not sure how balanced that would be, but seems like it might be closer to where Trick Arrow should be. 2. Replace Entangling Arrow with Electric Net Arrow. Replace EMP Arrow with ESD Arrow. 3. Revamp Poison Gas Arrow to act like the poison from Poison Trap. Revamp Ice Arrow with Detonation Arrow (similar to Detonate, using fire damage to trigger Oil Slick Arrow from the same set whoa...) Reasoning: The majority feel Trick Arrow's debuffs are under tuned. Electric Net Arrow gives us a little extra damage and could ignite Oil Slick Arrow as well. ESD Arrow is just superior to EMP Arrow and the recharge allows you to use it fairly often. Poison Gas Arrow sucks, the sleep is pretty meh, but everyone loves Poison Trap, why can't we have a ranged version, maybe at a slightly lower debuff value than Poison Trap to be fair to Traps users. Ice arrow I think.could be better served turning it into a fire based Detonate like power. Imagine shooting a target with an arrow and after a short fuse, boom. I think people would have fun with it. What do you think? -
Lately I've been on a kick adding some accident happened or some monster or traumatic experience helped develop the character into who they are for better or worse. Some recent examples being: A college student who developed their powers but couldn't control them, ending up uncontrollably killing people and being subsequently locked up in an Arkham Asylum-esque institution and coming to grips with that and learning to harness their powers. A teenager in Axis America who developed their powers and was forced to watch their family killed by Nazis and then be conscripted into Reichsman's army complete with thought reconditioning but due to an accident received head trauma and started thinking for himself. A champion martial artist who became paralyzed from the neck down, but developed telekinesis to move it's body. Then more so of a joke and a shout-out at ultra conservative political norms in certain socioeconomic subcultures I made a very entertaining and satirical religious based toon as well, the American Jesus complete with assault rifle that turns prayers into bullets and works at Walmart and from the south. Now I'm designing the last one's inverse. I've been finding toons seem more fun to play with a bit of a backstory that's a little more original than billionaire turned superhero or Godlike being from another planet types newspapers and wears glasses.

New Game + for Incarnates. How cool would it get to be to go back and do lowbies task forces/strike forces/trials tuned up for a team of Incarnates. It'd be a substantial amount of work, as people would have to bring lowbie NPC groups up to incarnate content by giving them new powers and scaling their lvl up to 54 and the difficulty slider could give them the +1-4 level boost on that. That way the highest level a mob could be fought at would be the equivalent of lvl 58, which is 1 level lower than Tyrant in MoM. Could have new badges, with a +# on them for which level you've cleared, so if you did a Incarnate Synapse +2, you'd get Incarnate: Synapse's Cohort with a +2 on it, if you did a higher level the +2 would change to whatever level you cleared up to +4. It would essentially use existing content as a means to build off of for more end game content for our heroes/villains. Doing that would allow more use of our incarnate abilities. -

I would suggest a blaster with an AoE hold for the time being. But I've always been in the camp that a base 240 second AoE mez is too long. It was only made that way before there were target caps as a means of balance. -
Regardless of semantics, I feel we can all agree that assault rifle on every AT that can use the set could use some love.

What about the PvP community? Can builds be private? I'd think it be detrimental for someone to inspect a rival's build and then swap toons or builds to counter a particular type of slotting or power selection. Otherwise great work.

D&D 3th was insanely fun using some Homebrew kits. 4th was also fun to get newer people into the game. However I think I've had more fun with some playing Vampire The Masquerade or even Mage: The Ascension. -

Eve Online. Your destination is 46 jumps away, bad enough doing that with an interceptor, God forbid flying a freighter. Or even crazier if you were living in a wormhole and had to go-to a trade hub, and your entry wormhole popped, so now you have to rescan for a wormhole and bounce around looking for literally a needle in a haystack. It could take you hours to find the right wormhole if you are experienced and know them in and out. A day or so if your more casual of a wormhole explorer, or if you have zero scanning skill, a week or more to train the skills and actually learn how to apply them.- 45 replies

I answered this question on Reddit the other day, but here goes again: If they do that, the prices of every IO on there servers will go up, as they only seed salvage and not recipes. By not having recipe holders, this forces people to either vendor or sell their recipes or crafted enhancement on the market which helps keep the market stabilized due to adequate supply.

Otherwise anything other than Assault Rifle or Elec Blast in your primary, and they can generally be a fun time.

Ice/Plants. In PvE you play like a dominator with blaster level damage, and your mag 3 AoE hold recharges base 90 seconds, whereas Domi or Controllers is base 240. You can also be a quasi spines scrapper at the same time. Your Alt build can be dedicated to PvP where Ice/Plant is one of the best blaster combos due to the sustain and the nature of ice debuffs on your attacks.

Back in the day before blaster sustains there were three tiers of blaster /EM Blappers TP Foe Device Blasters And everyone else There's a lot more flexibility now a days.

No no no. IO, Armageddon, Enhancement Boost +5. Purple IO's exempt automatically without needing to be attuned, so enhancement boosting them is the more practical approach, as attuning them does nothing for you.

I would speculate that there are lists of potential mission doors that one is assigned to each mission. Some lists are comprised of only only door, causing some missions to have a fixed door. Otherwise I imagine the game chooses a random integer that corresponds to a door on the assigned list.for each mission. Mind you that's speculation and something I never have bothered to actually check out, but it's how I'd go about assigning doors as it'd be quicker than picking static doors for each mission.
