Server Merger Needed to Sustain Playerbase

Hypothetically if servers were to magically merge, it would be cool to have Everlasting absorb Indomitable. I'm not saying to do it, just that if it magically was done, I'd get to play with my guild and have access to a more vibrant PvP community. -
I built one of these with a custom build. Not only does it rock at fire farms, but last night I thought ok it out on the town for a couple TF's (Yin/Numina) and it absolutely crushed both of those TF's. I was hesitant about performance expectations regarding how it would perform given that I had built it for fire farming, but I found with the defense buff from the p2w vendor and my build I was over softcapped to the s/l/f/c defenses. So I realized without the buff my defenses were reasonably high in their own right. Despite not having a travel power aside of a vendor purchased jetpack, I think the character might find enjoyment outside of the AE as well. Rad/FA can definitely be a strong character.

Long range teleport probably needs a reworking anyways, maybe a 1 min cool down team transport eque power.

I'd be happy with a proc TP IO to boost the magnitude of someone's TP power for tp foe/wormhole. It would be nice to snag a boss/eb or such with a wormhole or player running 2 proc IO's giving teleport protection.

Legendary IO: Midas' Touch. +10% influence gain. Slots into Rest. Legendary IO: Debt's Revenge. +10% damage while you have debt. Slots into Rest. Legendary IO: Hoarder's Treasure. -10% requirement for badges requiring a quantity, so for example 500,000 debt needed turns to 450,000 debt, etc. Slots into Rest.

Instead of a more traditional combo system, what about single target attacks besides energy transfer grant a stacking temporary buff on a target, so when you hit say a freakshow stunner with a quick 1-2, they have a temp buff "Energized", so when you hit them with energy transfer, they explode into a tbaoe doing increased damaged/range per stack of the buff, and after using Energy Transfer, the buff needs to be reset. That allows energy melee to potentially deal some more AoE. I do think the animation times need some love as well though. Just a crazy idea. -
I too would love the ability to convert them to emp merits. I've used the fairy, before but I just typically don't need the inspirations and usually have enough influence to not worry about getting more. I thought turning them into boosters would likely help a lot of people by increasing their supply and seeding the economy.

So I was just thinking it would be cool to have a vendor that we could sell off excess incarnate threads and get either enhancement boosters, enhancement catalysts, enhancement converters, or reward merits. I don't know exactly what would be a good exchange rate however, but I think there's probably a reasonable rate that could be established. Maybe rates could be: 10 threads = 20 converters 10 threads = 1 catalyst 20 threads = 1 booster 100 threads = 50 reward merits I have a few characters with over a thousand of each that don't really need them, and since they are untradable, it would be nice to have a use for them. As usual thanks, and any thoughts?

Maybe legal damage could drain your influence, and when you're out you just die. -

I have an Elec/bio stalker it's fun. But yeah literally any set/bio should be reasonably good.

I have a proc'd whirlwind on 2 toons a lvl 50 tw/elec scrapper and a lvl 50 fire/mental blaster and whirlwind is amazing with procs. I've received tells like omg I've never thought to proc whirlwind out before and also omg I need a dramazine as I'm about to hurl. The end usage is crazy but it's a fun effect.

If they offer their services at a price and that price if agreed upon by a potential customer then to each their own..no one is forcing that person to pay for that service they are choosing to accept the terms and conditions established by the person offering services. -
There's a reason everyone here compared whatever IO'd toon to a SO'd Stone Armor tank. God forbid, a Stone Tank fully IO'd themselves.

Yes. Accurate THDB IO's didn't initially exist when IO's were first released, so likely an oversight.

Not sure about Excelsior, but Everlasting does usually a minimum of 2 raids a day most if not everyday.

Why did they turn off the winter Atlas Park decor?

It's technically winter where I live but this weekend it's supposed to be 80* degrees. -
Knockback might be better appreciated if mobs violently getting tossed via knock back take increased damage when they land (impact damage via force*velocity) so the further something is knocked back the more damage it's going to take from it's eventual impact will the environment.

I'm casually checking out as well. I have a lvl 39 Savage/Regen Brute that I have as a low priority project toon. The rotation might actually be better I think ignoring the spenders, but I haven't really done the math on it yet, just observation. Savage Maiming Vicious. Rinse and Repeat.

I like all this, but as a compromise, I'd enjoy toggle suppression in forms as other posters have suggested. And as a previous suggestion, maybe remove the crash in lightform (I'm typically fine with it on my perma lightform PB as I'm expecting/preparing for it, but it freaks out ppl on my teams). -

I love to play Kheldians. When CoH was gone for all those dark years, I missed playing Kheldians the most. That said if anything was to change for Kheldians, I'd be open to: 1.) Power Pool Powers work in forms. 2.) Human form mez protection Otherwise, I'd also want as I like the challenge: 3.) Void Hunters and Shadow Cysts back 4.) Quantum damage to be unresisted again. -
I would suggest instead of the sentinel for a sapper, looking closely at an Elec/Psi/Mu Domi. It drains endurance from enemies like a beast, and then with drain psyche you have great minus regen/recov so your victims won't be recovering at all.
