Have you tried the musculature with the END MOD component in it?

I had made a version of KM/Nin for my main, for the energy aspect. I liked KM, but went back to StJ with Atomic Aura on the fists, purely for the animation reasons. Not that KM has bad animations, I like them, just for this character I liked StJ better 🙂 I don't recall KM being weak, just some powers aren't that good to take, but some of them also imo aren't meant to be part of the always use rotation.

Can we get a change of, "Make it a strong enough attack to replace most attacks in the Dom Secondary"? 🙂

Only 20 of them at 50 as of March 2020. I did a DB/Elec, so you should be fine on End. I was going for straight resist and regen...mistake. You'll likely want defense. Which is likely why you don't see many of them.

If you have the ToHit required to get the old Insta Snipe, then you still have the same level of damage as the old Insta Snipe, right? I thought that's how the new rule worked. More +ToHit, more bonus damage, up until a certain amount of +ToHit, which equaled the old version of Insta Snipe. So the difference is, now everyone gets Insta Snipe, and not just those who hit +22% ToHit.

If I recall, the reason Brutes/Stalkers lack Conserve Power in their Epic, is Energy Aura used to have Conserve Power. I believe it was getting EA ported over to Scrapper, for them to finally fix EA, because Scrappers had CP in their Epics. I feel it should be upheld, as then people would just be, "Well make this set this way!"

Don't even need to do that. Just change Rage's numbers to be like Follow Ups. Instead of doing a damage attack with the +DMG/+ToHit, and has a chance to miss, you click a power that gives the same amount of +DMG/+ToHit that has a damage loss or whatever new loss to make up for not being to hit checked.

Okay...need help with a build! I've heard Grav/ isn't the best Primary for Dominators, but it has the TK feel I want (Mind doesn't do it as well), so I'm just going to go with it. Lift looks like it does awesome damage. Propel's DPA looks to be close to Gloom. Smite, Midnight Grasp for high damage, so using the snipe too, it looks like it's best to just go melee, plus the PBAOE. So far, it feels like a Blaster in play, so I may be playing wrong (only level 32). Looks like I should Smite as often as possible.

So, what's your problem with Suppressive Fire, Executioner's Shot, Dual Wield and Pistols? Those are pretty standard, without going straight "I'm just stand here and do the same animation over and over for every attack, but stand in place for longer periods of time, depending on the attack"

I love Empty Clips! I'd use Piercing Rounds, but it doesn't help my DPS.

I think I'm one of the few that looks for LFG tags people can put on, and send out tells, when I'm looking to form a TF. 😛

No, but I did put a KB->KD IO in Hurricane. So the repel still happened, and I was pretty good about knowing when to use it and when not to.

I've always been of the thought, that the basic attacks in Power Pools, should be able to replace every set's tier 1 or tier 2 attack. We're stuck with Punch or Kick for instance, let the player decide if they would like to use Punch or Kick in their normal rotation instead of their tier 1 or 2. Same with Sorcery's Arcane Bolt. Jumping's Combat Jumping. Flight's Air Superiority. People may stop taking Hover and grab AS for knock down and animation, and slot that AS up as a normal attack! Concealment would be nice to see an end reduction on Stealth. maybe .21/sec

Elec/Storm/Ice Troller here. I don't keep Hurricane on all the time, I use it when I feel I can keep them locked down with it. Awesome on Posi 1 City Hall. 🙂 Go in draining end and forcing them back is nice!

Hmmm...would giving Barrage -Res, help even it out with Energy Punch? Not that I care to give EM any other effects, I'm of the "I like the Stuns and like that, that is EM's gimmick" mind, however, I do love the Barrage animation, and while I took it on my EM character, it'd be nice to be equal to EP in terms of use. 🙂 I recall doing the math and feeling the one second off of TF and ET (if it was even a whole 1 second, as I picked other animations) would speed up the set (no corpse killing) while improving the ST DPS a whole lot (not sure if it would be number one), but just those two seconds off would improve the set. As it was mentioned, I'm not against MA getting ST DPS looked at. I do feel if a set loses out in AOE, it should be some of the top ST. Right now, doesn't that spot generally go to TW? Not that I want to nerf TW.

Martial Arts is a pretty popular set on Scrappers, so I'd say there are plenty of Scrappers who'd be happy with EM's single target focus. I'd put it pretty even tier on Stalkers with EM winning, but EM is a bit more common on Brutes than MA. May have a bit to do with concepts though.

I get that for most of the game, AOE is king of basically any mission clearing. That doesn't mean, every set has to be good at it. Or even decent at it. And for everyone claiming AOE is king, they have plenty of AOE options out there.

I've suggested before, just take a second off ET and TF's animation times. I did this through different animations that are already in game (Spinning Strike and Crushing Uppercut), but one could just speed up the animations. I'd still like to see Barrage get improved so it's the equal choice to Energy Punch. Which, Martial Arts has attacks with the same DPA, no reason Barrage and Energy Punch couldn't equal the same DPA.

Just because AOE is king on PI radio teams, does not mean one has to up AOE on sets. That said, I know I suggested keep Stun a ST Stun, one can keep it's damage low, but make it a targetted AOE for damage, and it can be made into a proc attack.
