    How do you professional Dominator players go around using this power? Just for solo play? Doesn't seem it would do well in team play. Set Bonus mule?
  3. For Scrapper, I wouldn't give any +Crit Proc. I'd give it a DMG Proc. Same with Stalkers. And give them a +Resist All at the end of it. For Stalkers, same as Scrappers, but on the end of their set bonus, a straight +Def All bonus at the end of it (so it benefits all Stalkers equally). Tanker, yeah, I like the -Res Proc idea. I'm thinking a good +END Bonus or +Recovery Bonus at the end of this set. Brutes, DMG Proc. I'd give Brutes the one the Tankers didn't get, so it's switched up, so +END or +REC Defenders, a DMG Proc. ATO set DMG Procs are Purple level and I know I'd like more damage on my Defender 🙂 +5 Melee Defense in the 5th slot with +10% Recharge in the last slot. This I think would change up builds 🙂 Corruptors, a +Scourge IO. Let them Scourge sooner! I'd do the same as Defenders with their set bonuses. Controllers, a +1 to Hold IO. And throw some damage into that set. Throw some damage into the old sets. +Def All as the end Bonus on the set. Dominators, +10% Recharge IO on the end, so it doesn't get counted with the other +10% Recharge Bonuses, and put some damage into this set and the old ones. I just don't feel it would be that game breaking to for the ATO sets to enhance damage too. For mez's with no damage, then the DMG does nothing. Blaster, a +DMG or +Absorb Proc. I can't decide what I'd do for the end bonus on this one. I just know I didn't care for how it was with the original two. 😛 Mastermind, a set worth slotting the whole set will suffice 🙂 Give it a good DMG Proc for the pet. EATS, either another Form Empowerment or DMG Proc (seriously, it may just be my preference, but I like those purple level damage procs). VEATS, how about their own Form Empowerment IO, but instead of Form, it's a +BONUS based on Soldier, Bane, Crab, Fortunata, Widow or Night Widow Training.
  4. Well, I didn't think it was any worse than some other cones. As someone who's played EM before, I was always happy with just WH. I had my WH down to under 6 seconds on my Brute before I shelved it (EM/Regen...love the idea of Regen, it just doesn't feel durable in play) and now I can do that with more damage? Also, I think I'll have it faster on my Scrapper build. As of now, I'm skipping it. If it was a Targeted AOE, with the AOE around the target, like Spinning Strike, but with a better radius (8ft?) I'd be all over PC. As of now, I'm meh on it. However, others seem to like it. Also, it's not like I took Stun, so I'm not losing much.
  5. Have to say, my own testing of Power Crash is I didn't care for it. Now, my testing wasn't charting anything down for it, and I was just running PI Radio missions, however, I didn't find I hit all that many. I think three was my best, but I wasn't herding either (not my playstyle). Of course, I thought back to Street Justice and I didn't recall doing all that well with Sweeping Cross (which I got rid of a long time ago) and I honestly don't recall doing the best with Spinning Strike, but I love it's animation to much to care 100%, but I thought all that needed was a slight radius increase perhaps.
  6. I read it as those changes will be looked at again in the future, as for some reason there seems to be an issue with that power and going to Brutes/Tankers? Possibly in buffing Stalker Ninjitsu? I never felt Ninjitsu to be OP. It's well rounded. Defense Debuff Resist isn't there. Heal is nice. It's Endurance Heal is the nice aspect of the set imo.

  8. I never saw TF as skippable. With or without a mag 4 stun (and that was changed back in Paragon Studios)? How was it ever a skippable power?

  10. I don't know if I'd say it was horribly imbalanced, when I mained it on live with a WP/EM Tanker. However, I can't say my WP/EM had it so I was using ET every other attack. Set does feel better now. Having recently made an EM/Regen Brute before the changes were ever announced, I can say, I love the sped up TF and sped up ET. That I have to use them in some order to get it. Works for me, as they made it so others who thought they needed more AOE, get that, so that works too. Only thing I really see worth debating, is were to put that -Regen/-Special/Increased Stun into.

Some of this is a bit concept based, but I can make changes to this (like Concealment). Ranged I got Softcapped. S/L Resist I got up there. Not sure if there's ways to improve the build, so looking for thoughts on the build.
  12. That's what keeps EM going for such high ST damage. You have to decide, do you want more targets in your AOE attack or that nice ET. PC is also still giving you the ability to attack more at once. Though on my build, I have WH, I believe, down to recharge pretty fast, so it's not like I feel the sweat (never did with EM myself to be honest, but now it does more damage), of no AOE.
  13. I agree. If it improves a non power pool travel power. Oh well. It's just a small bonus of a set. My main is StJ/Nin right now, and I use NR and Fly as travel powers. Not everyone is going to run to Ninjitsu Power Sets or Tactical Arrow for a power that enhances movement. Just a perk, not game breaking.

    Beam rifle/ ?

    Just made a BR/Energy Blaster (finally a concept I like) and enjoying it so far, though I have no build or idea what I'm doing for it right now.
  15. It was mentioned in my Kinetic/Regen thread in the Scrappers forums. They sink up on zoning. So, while the chance improves to proc, it's not much. Though, looking at this build, Quick Recovery, Stamina, Physical Perfection with the all the +END Procs. Should be good with one.
  16. I got the feeling from one post, the movement bonus was coming back. However, CJ not working with NR has kept me from grabbing CJ on a few, just because of the detoggling 😛
  17. I didn't realize CJ Jump took over Shinobi Jump though. Players at least keep the defense bonus I guess.
  18. I'd replace the IOs in Quick Recovery with Power Transfer and get the +Heal Proc in there, as I'm told the Performance Shifter Proc is no use with multiple of them in the build. So, Superior Conditioning, replace the PS Proc with Synapse's Shock EndMod/+Run Speed. I'd put the +HP in Resilience and give Reconstruction the END/RCH/RES.
  19. A lot of that will depend on the writer at the time. No, Daredevil and Wolverine aren't close, but that can just be a matter of Set and IOs 😛 There's a lot of room between Scrappers and Stalkers for a lot of heroes/villains. Same for Scrappers and Brutes. I'd consider Batman a Stalker in CoH setting myself, but I'm sure plenty will side with Scrapper. Hulk. Brute. Except, I think Smart Hulk may be more Tanker. Sabertooth could be Scrapper or Brute. Wolverine I'd go straight Scrapper, but I'm sure that there are those who feel his Rage is Fury.
  20. While I agree with this statement... ...still going to have to put in my opinion that Regen needs a buff before anything else. However, I'll be honest and say any of these suggestions would likely be self serving from everyone. 😛 So, I'll give some sets that I likely won't play, but I think could use them...Force Field could use some love. Something I thought may work is Deflection and Insulation Shield both give a passive, unable to be enhanced, Defense Bonus. The same level as the ATs CJ/Hover without enhancement. They could do the same for the other Buff Team powers if they want. Each "buff team" (but not buff individual or the caster themself) power for every set could give a passive, unable to be enhanced, benefit that correlates to buff power. Sonic gives a +Resist All Kinetics Speed Boost gives a +RCH Ice Domination gives a +Defense Thermal Radiation gives a +Resist Been forever since I ran Empathy (back with Paragon Studios) did it have team all buffs except for caster?
  21. Dark Melee? He's Martial Artist, Katana or Dual Blades/SR with Teleport. His BAMF doesn't give any dark melee style punches.
  22. I agree. I understood why Stealth didn't, but would've been nice for CJ to stack with Shinobi-Iri and NR. I haven't found Ninjitsu to be overpowered because it had some movement. Just a fun benefit 🙂
  23. As of now, NR detoggles CJ. Which just had me skipping CJ on builds I really wanted to run around with NR on. That includes sets that weren't Ninjitsu.
  24. Personal opinion, but after some play through, I kinda like the -Regen/-Special in BS. However, I still like Barrage feeling like it got buffed 😛
