  1. I just want more info on Regen and EM! Is that to much to ask?! 😞

Telekinesis Epic Pool Power For Scrapper/Stalkers Tier 1 - Lift: Same as Gravity Control) as I would with all Epic Single Target Blasts (personally) I'd have the DPA of the attack be on the better end of Tier 1 and 2 attacks, so players can add or replace these attacks into their attack strings. Tier 2 - Telekinetic Hold: I'd make it like Soul Storm in terms of animations, possibly without the glow, but have the enemy in the air spinning or just lifted up into the air held). Tier 3 - Shield Ally/Allies: +5% Resist/Defense - Same as Deflection Shield and powers like it. The only question is, would it target the team or not. Tier 4 - Propel: I'd turn it into a targetted AOE attack. Edit: Tier 5 - Telekinetic Body Armor: Toggle (.33/s) +3% Resist/Defense Changed the tier 5 to a toggle from a passive, as it dawned on me, concept wise for such a power, as one gets tired down, one tends to lose the ability to keep shielding one self. People keep beating on the shield, you may just tired out and the shield go down for instance. Figure standard Leadership toggle End use.
  3. I meant in terms of the name and how the powers are used. WP concept wise can be used for anything Regen can be, but the idea of playstyle does come into play. But what I'm saying is, I wouldn't go by the name itself...though yes...we all tend to want to.
  4. I have to say, I do feel you're looking to much at the meta aspect of the powers. Name and how they're used doesn't have to be the name. Especially with customization. That doesn't mean however, we can't want the playstyle changed a bit. Claws/Regen was my first 50 on CoH and then they changed it and it hasn't felt right to me since and it hasn't felt equal to other sets in the late game at all to me. 😞 I hear it is with weapon sets that provide +Defense, but I don't want to use a set just for +Defense.
  5. Then it just comes to, turn on and off the power when needed. I can't remember if the invis look stayed when one attacked. Guess I just got used to it, as I have that on a lot of my characters.
  6. You realize, you keep the defense/resist aspect of the power, when you attack, right? So attack something and you're no longer in stealth. Sounds like this is more of a "I can't handle detoggling a power during a hostage mission" when all you have to do, is detoggle and toggle back up when you see an ambush coming, if having that defense/resist is needed that much.
  7. That may be the real problem. TW may in the right hands be insanely powerful. Those right hands seem to account for 5 people. 😛
  8. Posted my own version of this earlier in the thread, however, I have to say, the idea of Executioner's Shot at Melee Range, may not be a bad suggestion.
  9. Agreed with not thinking Regen needs absorb. Personally, I'd just like to see it upgraded enough, that it doesn't have all the suggestions for melee set to go with it, being a set with a +Def attack 😛 I can't say exactly what exactly it needs, but I have felt Resilience could use more +Resist. MoG could use Defense/Resist to ALL, no gaps.

  13. You are right on the fit a similar theme. The name of the sets it really just meta/gameplay for a lot of them with aura effects to make them different. WP has a -ToHit in RTTC, which I felt helped it's lack of DDR. I also felt Strength of Will gets overlooked in the set. SoW, when fully IOed out is a great power imo. Either when you know you're going to be in over your head and need that boost going in or as you see yourself starting to fall. No, it's no last second save, since it doesn't include a self heal, but when used at the right times, I was able to keep powering through on a DB/WP Scrapper on live. Also helped when taunting Recluse on a Scrapper in a Ms Liberty TF.
  14. Are you're saying Fire Armor, Dark Armor, and Willpower are weak too? Aren't at least two of those considered pretty strong? I always felt it was just a matter of theme of the set, and I like the self rez aspect of those themes 🙂 Though, I do feel at least the WP and Regen rez don't have enough protection, to rez in the middle of a group of bad guys, which is what I believe they should be able to do, for a power slot.

  20. I'd have to ask if you had an IO build or not. Though, the momentum mechanic isn't for everyone. I enjoy the set, but it's not my fave, but I do love the Razor Sword skin and have been wanting it ported to Katana since live.
  21. When the competitive event is PvP, not so sure that means it was an over performer. Especially considering PvE does not equal PvP.

    Hmmm...which gets me wondering how it would do if slotted into every Electric Melee attack, for a chance to heal every attack.
  24. Don't care for Burst of Energy. Instant Healing, just seems like a fail. Sit there and constantly stab it? Doesn't sound like it would be a meaningful power to use. And I still believe MoG should give defense to all (psychic and positional) and resist to all (this includes psychic).
  25. Wasn't part of Claws being that it recharged faster and was cheaper on the end?
