On one toon I had that. I mostly main defenders. I use it with every soul drain and I tp the mob to the boss in the group. Just need to need to be Strategic. Ive gotten really good with fold space I’m able to stack and pull 3 mobs and surpass the agro cap.

I only have a couple toons with it and it doesn't always hit the few times I remember it is there, but the animation and effect of Soul Storm is my favorite.

Fly would be my #1, and I take it on 99% of my characters, but since it’s been mentioned I will go with Nova.  It makes me sad when people slot it kb->kd.  The Knockback is what makes it great.
