The following powers can now be customised in the "Inherent" tab:

This may have an answer elsewhere however unsure where it might be archived away.

 

Will this include other versions of powers that already have animation customisation options? For example ancillary/patron versions of customisable powers such as Power Sink in the Blaster and Brute secondary sets?

 

Also regarding default options are there plans to expand the red villain/Mu lightning to other sets? I think there was something mentioned when the ElecAff set came out which described the elec colours being less a single palette pick and more of a mess of coding [as much of CoX is] so it's not as straightforward an option as it might seem, so understand if this is quite far back on the back burner as a result.

Is there a need for us to have Consignment House/Black Market/Trading House Transporters when we have /ah?

Cross-posting this, since this is technically the correct thread for it:

Additional animations for all Teleport / Zone Transit Powers would be fantastic, now that we can customize these Powers.
I propose the following:
- The Arcane Teleport Animation, on loop for the duration of the cast time.
- The Wrist-beep Animation, on loop for the duration (such as what we see with Ouroboros Portal cast and Team Transporter).
- A Snipe and/or Assassin Strike Animation, or two or three.  There are some good ones which could make sense here.

 

A way to silence or change the sound effect for the 10-second Cast would also be hugely beneficial, assuming that sound itself won't be changed (although additional options are always welcome).

Is there a possibility of being able to not only color but free the Blackstaff and Nemesis Staff powers from their respective staves? It would be a true game changer for like, my entire roster of characters🥰

 

Also, don't know how much the Medicine pool is used but being able to have less "techy" options in favor of something magic or even just neutral would be awesome.

l would like to receive extra customization level for Med Pack (temporary selfheal power with 100 charges), Resusciator, Recovery serum, and (if possible) made able to recolor jetpack & steampack jets.

To keep this game safe, We have to give it to the world.

Having tested the color customization of some of the powers (Every Prestige Travel power, the Long Range Teleporter, and the Smoke Bomb) it seems like the current crop of options work as they should. Very appreciative that these changes have been added! My Water/Ninjitsu Sentinel will enjoy the Smoke Bomb changes immensely.

 

As for Power Customization looking to be expanded in the future, the Halloween event has me wondering - could this affect Model Replacement Costume Powers as well? Many of the models used are already color customizable (via AE, as well as various mission contacts/enemy mobs) and it'd add a lot more avenues to explore with given how many people have character concepts involving NPC factions.

 

On the same topic, Granite Armor could totally benefit from this as well. The Devouring Earth Boulder/Bedrock model is tintable and works for default Granite, while the Lattice/Crystal Titan model could definitely work as an addition to the 'Crystal' options. As for Lava, the Magmite model from the Minions of Igneous could totally fit (though that one would take more work, as AE says it's not color customizable).

I've always hated the Sprint dust cloud so thanks very much for that option! I'll also finally be able to make a sliding character without that horrible purple fog! Very pleased!

 

Edit: Would be great if on the Inherent Stance/Sprint/Prestige Sprints customisation screen the character would run in place like they do when choosing Path Auras so you can see the customisation.

One thing that stood out to me just hopping in there to try out some of the new stuff is that, for the Prestige Power Slide aura at least, the Dark colors are quite a bit dark.  Like, it seemed like the colors I chose were barely making any difference.

Oh hell yeah.  PPS without the silly purple cloud is fantastic.  Now all my ice-sliding characters can make more sense.  And it also works with other path auras too, how about using Slide with the Wake aura to surf the city streets.
